I’m gonna preface this with, I don’t particularly love mobile games.Continue reading “[Review] Shall We Date? Obey Me!”
Two stories with nearly the same synopsis – a woman dies and is reincarnated as the villainess of the last otome game she was playing – both the only daughters of a duke. How much more similar could they be, I wondered! The answer? Not at all, really.
With the anime for My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! now airing, I caught up with the manga. It’s still ongoing, so of course after I caught up, I still thirsted for more. Remembering Seven Seas also localizes another story with a similar summary, I decided to catch up with that one as well. Imagine my whiplash when they were vastly different, despite starting with the same idea!Continue reading “[Comparison] My Next Life As A Villainess vs. Accomplishments of a Duke’s Daughter”
Note: There are mild character spoilers in this review, but I try and not heavily spoil major plot points!Continue reading “[Review] Taisho x Alice (Episode 1: Cinderella & Little Red Riding Hood)”
Preface: I don’t write guides or anything but I feel like I’ve been able to answer a good handful of questions about people moving villagers in or out so I’m compounding everything I’ve learned here for easy reading.
I have some speculation about recruiting villagers so if you have any data that supports or disproves any of those pieces feel free to @ me on twitter so I can update this post! We ain’t about that misinformation life
LAST UPDATE: 4/3/2020. Please note if you provide me with new info I cannot update this right away as I am not on my computer all the time lol.Continue reading “This Is Not A Guide: Filling Up Your Animal Crossing New Horizons Island”
I have never built a PC in my life, nor had I ever entertained or even researched the idea. I had no idea where to start, what to get, how to put it together, etc. I was resigned to buying pre-made towers or laptops for the rest of my ignorant life. Luckily, I married a man who will only ever build his PC, and insisted it was like assembling Lego sets – and I do love Legos! He also recently built his, and when he showed me his 5-second startup time, I was astonished. You mean not all computers have to take a minute or five to boot up? WHAT? I had seen the light.Continue reading “Life Lessons: Building A PC Befitting A Princess”
In mid-November I was lucky enough to attend a workshop at Gallery Nucleus in LA, featuring one of my most favorite illustrators and biggest inspirations – Yusuke Kozaki!Continue reading “Life Lessons: Learning to Take it Slow from Yusuke Kozaki”
After wanting this game since I saw the trailer for it like a year ago, I picked it up because it was on sale at the store. It’s just the right amount of casual for me so far! When I described it to my husband as, “you fight monsters then make delicious dishes with their ingredients…!”
At the same time we said, “Like Dungeon Meshi!”
Even though he doesn’t read Dungeon Meshi. :’D (I talk about it so often he basically… does…)
Anyway, Kal & I played up to chapter 2, and it’s been a blast so far!Continue reading “[First Impressions] Battle Chef Brigade”
After finishing Code Realize: Wintertide (which I am still writing a post for) I felt the urge to keep my little otoge marathon going (as I had grinded most of C:R in the span of two days). So! To not lose steam, I quickly picked up one of the three Vita otoge I had lying around (since like, 2017) – Collar x Malice was something I saw that had a pretty solid fanbase on Twitter, so I played the first chapter to get a feel for it.Continue reading “[First Impressions] Collar x Malice”
I have a few review posts already in my drafts but I think I’ll schedule those for later on…! I just wanted to say hello~Continue reading “Hello and Welcome!”
